The wayfinding program for Seattle Children’s Building Care doesn’t only provide directions; it embraces patient families with artwork and graphics that comfort and enable them to navigate their journey with ease.
Serving as a new front door for Seattle Children’s Hospital, the building welcomes visitors and introduces the visual system. Artwork and wayfinding work in tandem, showcasing animals participating in acts of care, comfort, and wonder. Together, this creates a welcoming experience across languages, cultures, and age groups, allowing patients and families to be confident and connected along their journey.
