The Eighth + Olive high-rise office building and parking garage in downtown Seattle was restyled during a major brand overhaul. The fun, vibrant graphics program builds on the machine-like architecture in a way that keeps the space warm and friendly. Each garage level has its own color as well as a unique emblem shape inspired by machinery parts and labels. The level identification emblems are combined with clean, modern typography to give the utilitarian space a lighter and more welcoming atmosphere.
